1. I'll stand by everything I've ever published, under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-Share Alike 2.0 UK: England & Wales.
2. In case I leave out a source OR publish incorrect/ copyrighted content, kindly point it out to me by e-mail OR in the comments. We can discuss further actions.
3. If you got this far, do leave a comment. In English, under your name/ link, unless you are my mom. Spam, flaming, rudeness, anonymity and other questionable behaviours are not tolerated.
4. To contact me, use the e-mail address published in my sidebar. When you write to me, I may blog that; you'd better write blogging material. Or not. Seriously, consider your intentions.
5. I don't practice link exchange, but you're welcome to link to my blog or individual posts. Such is the nature of the Internet.
6. Occasionally, advertising will be displayed in my sidebar exclusively, on a high position. Alternatively, it will show up at the bottom of my posts in my RSS feed.
7. When goods and services are offered to me because of the blog and I decide to cover them, it will be clearly pointed out where they came from and why. Also, accompanied by my true opinion.
8. If you would like to make a donation, let's talk about my PayPal account.
9. I will not answer e-mails with questions about places to see/ go and things to try/ do in either Romania or the UK. Likewise, I won't provide translations or reply to any other weirdness.
10. The rest is details.

Well that set of points pretty much covers everything succinctly.
You did say around point 4 to comment if the reader got that far, now I'll have a look at the rest of the site.
Incidentally the result from Kate's "kind" article has been a vast increase in traffic to most of my sites. Although I get a fair bit on the Clik-pic website anyway.
Thanks for appreciating the rules, and taking them so literally, it's rather unique. I should keep them as they are, then :) Hope you like what you find in the rest of the site.
Of course you get traffic from Kate's article, I'm surprised she didn't think of all the implications before publishing, including you showing up in the comments and the traffic it'd generate. Women and emotions :)
