chez gorgeoux: tisana anyone?
I'm lost; I can't find out what Tisana is. According to Maria and Vlad, it is a better drink than Sangria. They also know that Tisana can be made with cava, so Tisana is not cava Sangria. Could Tisana then be white Sangria? Unclear, as there are many recipes for white Sangria, which involve white wine, yet no one calls any of them Tisana. And then, to make things worse, Tisana is a herbal tea from Tuscany or so. I did come across this Tisana recipe yesterday, but neither Vlad nor Maria seemed convinced that we nailed it. If you know anything on the matter, do help our poor, thirsty souls.Labels: friendz, liquid treats

errmmm, don't want to sound too didactic, but I guess tisana is just plain herb infusion ;))
at least in France, eh ;)
ps: been reading your blog for ages, but now got the guts to drop you a (some?) comments.
Unfortunately, my own comments were entirely lost, and I won't try to guess them two years later.
