In fact, I believe that they are awfully similar in most aspects, from Senate votes to campaign rhetorics, including what they chose to talk about (no taboos tackled on either side). Coming very close in New Hampshire and even closer after Super Duper (!) Tuesday may confirm that.
They differ slightly on Iraq and charisma, but I'm not sure that is enough. It would be most interesting to see them strike a deal.
