chez gorgeoux: the making of taboule

At the very start of my yoga class last night I felt that itch in the throat that spells COLD. Luckily, today I'm at home and that alone gives me enough energy to not stay in bed. So here comes taboule, an old love for which I had all the ingredients about, incidentally. Unless you expect that lovely, crispy flat bread on top, as well, here's what it takes: parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion (preferably green), lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and A LOT OF CHOPPING. I'm constantly amazed at how many tedious activities I can come up with while essentially being lazy!
