ayyy, my shapely legs!

Sexy legs, originally uploaded by Brusc Willis. I've always wanted, in my calf, that dip in between bone and muscle, that line that defines the leg so elegantly. I've never had what it takes, I thought. Fast forward to sleepily gazing at my calf in the mirror this morning, trying to wake up, still in bed. Fast forward to my waking up to a shapely leg. MINE! Even better defined than in this photo. For the first time ever. I felt like jumping around. Which sadly I can't, as it'd take down half the fittings in our wobbly flat.
And then I figured it out, the miracle: blame it on bikram yoga and, more specifically, the awkward pose, utkatasana. It's meant to shape one's legs, among others, and what do you know, it does! In my case, it took 27 sessions to reach this point, and I can only imagine the benefits still to come. Maybe I won't jump, maybe I'll fly. And note that bikram yoga is one of the best things money can buy. Even if I had a below average class yesterday. Yay!

hey, believe it or not, i was showing something to my yoga instructor and i realised the new shape of my legs. i couldn't continue the sentence in a narcisist break i immediately took:)and more than shape, don't you just breath better?
I absolutely believe it! Too funny, though :D I breathe better, indeed, so I've just been playing with the idea of doing pranayama every morning.
