It is a custom at English weddings to give presents, as bride and groom, to those who helped you organise the event. I was surprised, however, to receive, together with the other photographer, this proper photo book of maybe 5 kg and 500 images. Funny enough, we helped carry it around Oslo and Kleivstua, not knowing it'd be for us. Grateful nevertheless, we promise Nicky and Matt hereby to study it in depth.

The perfect candle holder for our balcony (we hope) jumped in front of us during the random walk in Helsinki on Friday and, while it had no Ikea-like price, it was worth every korona spent on it. Of course, there's still the little detail of actually seeing it work, but sunny days are here and it won't be long before we reclaim the balcony back from the nasty weather.
