who wants to go to cardiff?
I haven't been to Cardiff yet, though it could have happened if my love's brother, Matt, hadn't moved to Norway. I've got no other connection with Cardiff, and no desire to go there, anyway. As smug as it may sound, if London is the best this country has to offer, then few other cities will be worth the effort (Brighton for a few things, Edinburgh for a few others, Bath for the Roman... baths, and maybe stalking Johnny Depp). Incidentally, I feel the same about Romanian cities.
I am, however, fascinated with Cardiff, due to '© Maciej Dakowicz' capturing its nightlife in so many colours, sizes, actions and reactions. Is it a rowdier city than most? Is it only that people party more? Or is it, rather, that he loves being in the midst of things, and his trained eye spots just the scenes? I won't know, not even if I go to Cardiff, because I'd play it safe, like in London. But I'll keep on visiting Cardiff, virtually, to drop my jaw at its youth.
