...since my last flower arrangement that makes use of the kenzan received from Maria many years ago, when she was taking ikebana classes. Perhaps because Maria is on her way to her first meeting with London, I've thought of it and made use of it. It will never again be as good as the first time, though, as unfamiliar, as exciting, as full of promises. Neither the kenzan, nor the London. I envy Maria.
